Virtual reality for events, booths and medical training

Virtual reality takes people inside the message: on a rollercoaster ride, in a clinic, next to a patient. We develop VR experiences for booths and training, and run them on dozens of headsets at once, guided from the control room.

What we do

VR for the booth

Short experiences, sized for a booth visit: two minutes on a first-person rollercoaster, with kickboxing gloves on your fists to hit the coins that release the key messages.

Clinical cases in VR

Doctors move through a 3D environment, clinic, ward, the patient's home, and by opening the medical record or looking at a report they bring up information, questions and decision points, with simple puzzles along the way.

Dozens of headsets in sync

Even 40 participants in the same session, each with their own Meta Quest 3: from the control room we follow everyone's progress and trigger the questions when all have finished the phase, so the group moves on and finishes together.

Answers in the plenary

The choices made in the headset reach the chairman live, who discusses them in the plenary, in aggregate, on the big screen.

The headset on screen

What the player sees is streamed to a screen, so those waiting for their turn can follow the experience too.

360° video

360-degree content to watch in the headset, to explore a place or a product from the inside.

Where it works

At a congress booth VR has to be short and immediate, with a constant turnover of visitors and a screen that involves onlookers. In medical training it becomes a tool to discuss clinical cases: each participant lives the case alone, but the group moves together and the final discussion starts from the room's real answers. Among our Lab's prototypes, the headset also becomes the place to practise history-taking with a virtual patient who answers out loud.

Frequently asked questions

How many headsets can be used together?

It depends on the experience: one or two headsets are enough at a booth, while in training we have run 40 Meta Quest 3 headsets synced from the control room in the same session.

Are the headsets included?

Headsets can be rented for the event, together with network, computer and a screen for the audience; we set them up and manage them.

How long does it take to develop a VR experience?

It depends on the event date and how many environments and cases need building. We set the timing with the agency, starting from the date.

What drives the cost?

The number of cases or scenes, the complexity of the 3D environments, the number of headsets, the control room for synced sessions and staff in the room.

Can people who have never used a headset play?

Yes: interactions are simple and our staff guide participants, with a short introduction before they start.
