Interactive quizzes and live voting for congresses and events

The audience already has a phone in hand: we might as well use it. With 4meet.in, our own platform for live interaction, we turn a session into a quiz show, collect the room's vote and bring questions to the moderator, filtered and in order.

What we do

Quiz show

Timed questions, scores and a leaderboard on the big screen: a plenary becomes a contest, in teams or individually, and the answers show at once what the room has understood.

Live voting

Participants vote from their own smartphone and the results appear in aggregate, in real time, on the screen in the room.

Moderated audience questions

Questions come from the floor, go through moderation and reach the moderator's or chairman's iPad, ready to be read out.

Votes that turn into light

Results can leave the screen: for an event with about 400 specialists we connected the vote to a large letter with 120 RGB LEDs, which lit up like a pie chart as the answers came in.

Answers to discuss

In training sessions the answers become material for discussion: at an event with 40 doctors in virtual reality, the chairman saw their choices arrive live and discussed them in the plenary.

Where it works

Quizzes and voting work in congress plenaries, CME courses, corporate conventions and sales-force meetings, in person, hybrid or fully online. At medical congresses they help check what got across and bring out the room's doubts; at a convention they warm up the audience and take its temperature. For event direction and streaming they combine with our event direction and virtual set service.

Frequently asked questions

Do participants need to download an app?

No: 4meet.in is a web app and opens in the smartphone's browser, from a link or a QR code. It also works for people following the event online.

How long does it take to prepare?

It depends on the event date and how customised the format is: a vote is quick to set up, a quiz show with dedicated graphics and installations takes more work. We set the timing together, starting from the date.

What drives the cost?

The length of the event, the number of interactive sessions, the graphic customisation, our staff in the control room and any physical installations connected to the vote.

Are answers anonymous?

They can be. The format is decided with the agency: anonymous for polls and plenary questions, named for a quiz with a leaderboard, always with a privacy notice and consent approved by the client.

Can results be shown on a physical installation?

Yes. Lights, LEDs and objects can be connected to the vote: a custom-built installation is included in the offer, while screens and LED walls can be rented.
