The project
We developed an escape room format for workshops: each team receives a briefcase with physical puzzles (padlocks, UV torches, documents) and a game flow on a tablet that guides the case.
In 60 minutes the team must reach the diagnosis and the therapeutic choices; a report form collects the answers for the final discussion.
The format has been replicated for multiple companies and events, with up to eight teams in parallel.
Real engagement - Participants live the clinical case: they don't just listen, they act. Emotional involvement increases information retention.
Personalisation - Each clinical case is developed ad hoc on the pathology of interest. Scenarios, puzzles and objects reflect the client's brief.
Turnkey - Netizens handles software development, clinical content, set-up and on-site technical support during the event.
